To Do
Spot clean mattress cover by hand using only mild detergent. Blot excess moisture with clean towel and dry thoroughly at room temperature. Remember, room temperature.
Not to Do
Do not blow dry, use heat, or use light to dry your mattress. Also, do not machine wash or dry your mattress, even if you have appliances big enough to accomplish such a feat.
Note to User
For ultimate ease of use and to protect your warranty, we recommend a waterproof, machine washable mattress protector. Just a thought.

To Do
To care for your topper, spot clean by hand only with a mild liquid detergent without added bleach or whiteners. Rinse with warm water and dry at room temperature
Not to Do
Do not machine wash or dry your mattress topper and do not leave your topper to soak in water. When drying your topper, avoid the temptation to use excess heat or light and let it air dry.
Note to User

Mattress Protectors
Care Instructions
To Do
Pre-wash your mattress protector before first use in cold to hot water with a mild liquid detergent. Add detergent to the water as the wash tub fills or dilute with water to avoid pouring detergent directly onto protector. We recommend you line dry your protector or tumble dry on low heat with other bedding.
Not to Do
To keep your warranty intact, do not exceed a water temperature of 120 degrees, do not pour detergent directly on the mattress protector, do not tumble dry the mattress protector alone, do not iron, and do not dry clean.
Note to User
Never use a high heat setting or over-dry your protector. Doing so will weaken the fibers, damage the protective membrane, and shorten the life of your mattress protector.
Warranty
10 Year Limited Warranty
What is Covered
This warranty covers any defects in mattress protector materials or workmanship as long as you make a claim within five (5) days of damage and have followed all laundering instructions on the care label. You also must show that the mattress was completely covered by the mattress protector when the stain occurred.
How Long Coverage Lasts
This warranty runs for ten (10) years from the date of purchase.
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover: (a) misuse or abuse; (b) failure to follow care instructions by (i) drying on high heat and/or without other towels or bedding (ii) using bleach or bleach detergent (iii) dry cleaning or (iv) ironing; (c) wear and tear, including rips, tears, or normal soiling; (d) stains or damage caused by or related to: (i) inks, nail polish, cosmetics, bleach, non-food related grease, corrosives, alcohol, dyes, or solvents (ii) burns or fire, natural disaster, flood, theft, vandalism, or any other loss covered under an insurance policy (iii) structural problems or appliance malfunctions (iv) more than two pints of liquid; (e) mattresses not correctly fitted with the mattress protector; or (f) mattresses used for commercial, institutional, or rental purposes.
What Linenspa Will Do
In the case of a claim for a protector, Linenspa will, at its sole discretion, replace or refund any protector that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.

Pillows
Care Instructions
To Do
Pre-wash the zippered cover, not the whole pillow, just the cover, before first use. Wash in warm water using a non-chlorine bleach detergent on a gentle cycle. Rinse with cold-water and tumble dry on low heat. We recommend washing the cover separate from other items as the zipper may cause damage to clothing or linens. If the actual pillow gets dirty, use a mild detergent and spot clean by hand only; then rinse with warm water and let the pillow dry at room temperature away from heat and light.
Not to Do
Do not use an external heat source to dry pillow or machine wash and dry your pillow—doing so will damage the pillow and void your warranty. Do not use chlorine bleach or over dry pillow as it can weaken fibers, shorten the life of the cover, and cause premature yellowing.
Note to User
Foam pillows are sensitive to temperature. When exposed to colder temperatures your pillow will become firmer. Your body heat will help the foam soften. Also, Foam may initially have a slight odor; it is completely harmless and will dissipate over a short time with regular use. To expedite odor dissipation, remove and wash the cover and place the pillow in a dry sunny location.

Cooling Pads
Care Instructions
To Do
Clean by wiping with damp cloth and mild soap. The pad will naturally recrystallize if unused, placed in cool water, or put in refrigerator/freezer for 10 minutes.
Not to Do
Keep pad away from sharp objects and extreme heat; do not attempt to open cover.
Note to User
Cooling Pad works by absorbing and releasing body heat, maintaining a cool temperature until all the inner material has changed from a solid to a liquid state. Below 80 degrees Fahrenheit the Cooling Pad is in solid form and above 91 degrees Fahrenheit the Cooling Pad gradually turns into liquid.

Comforters
Care Instructions
To Do
Have your comforter professionally laundered every three to five years. Non-professional laundering is not recommended because home washers and dryers are often too small and most household washing machines have an agitator in the center, which places unnecessary stress on the comforter. If you decide to wash your comforter yourself be sure to wash your comforter alone in cold water using a non-chlorine bleach detergent and dry on a low heat drying cycle. Be sure to dry the comforter completely—this may require eight to twelve hours of drying. Fluff your comforter each time you make your bed to maintain loft and redistribute your comforter fill as needed. When necessary, store your comforter in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Comforters stored long-term should be wrapped in white cotton or acid free paper.
Not to Do
Do not overload your washing machine and do not line dry. Also, avoid storing in plastic bags or boxes, which can cause permanent yellowing.
Note to User
The use of a duvet cover with this comforter is strongly recommended. When you wash your sheets remove and launder your duvet cover as well.

Sheets & Bed Skirts
Care Instructions
To Do
Pre-wash your linens separate from other items before first use. Take special care to avoid washing with items that contain polyester or have heavy zippers as they can damage the fabric of your sheets. Wash in warm water using a mild liquid detergent without added bleach or whiteners. Unless linens are very soiled, only use half the recommended amount of detergent. Line drying is recommended, but when machine drying, shake out damp linens before placing in the dryer and tumble dry on low heat until slightly damp. Remove from dryer promptly while slightly damp to minimize wrinkles, then smooth and fold or press with an iron if desired. Store bed linens in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Linens stored long-term should be wrapped in white cotton or acid free paper.
Not to Do

To Do
When lifting heavy objects inside the mattress bag, make sure to lift from the bottom. Spot clean only.
Not to Do
Take special care to keep mattress bag away from sharp objects so you don’t puncture the bag.
Note to User
Make sure the adhesive is pressed firmly into place to keep bag from opening unexpectedly. Add more tape as wanted for extra security.
Rug Pads

To Do
The Linenspa rug pad can be trimmed with scissors to match the size of your rug or any other intended surface.
Not to Do
Do not use anything besides scissors to trim your rug pad.

Rug pad can become whatever you want it to be.
Seat Cushions
Care Instructions
To Do
