We accept returns no questions asked up to 30 days after the purchase date on your receipt for a full refund. After those 30 days you may make a warranty claim if there is a defect with your product and your product is covered by a manufacturer warranty.

Contact us here and state you would like to make a return. If you're returning a product under the 30 day money back guarantee we will send you a shipping label you can use it to ship the product back in its original packaging free of charge. Once the item ships we will issue a full refund.
If we are unable to arrange for pickup, Linenspa will reimburse you for return ground shipping costs. Follow the steps below to ensure we can issue a refund as quickly as possible.
This largely depends on how you paid. If you paid with credit card you should see funds back in your account within 3-5 buissiness days. If you paid using PayPal you should be able to see the status of the refund in your PayPal account once it has been issued.
