Shipping and Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
  • Free Shipping - We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. Your order typically arrives within 5 to 7 days.
How will I know when my package has shipped?

In general, we process orders very quickly, but they sometimes take between 24 and 48 hours to ship. Click on the shipping icon in your order confirmation email to check its status and track the shipment.

Can I track my package?

Yes. Click on the shipping icon in your order confirmation email to track your package. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing, though most are on their way within 1 business day. We use a variety of shipping methods and some require that you contact us to track your package. If this is the case, a message will notify you when you click on the shipping icon in your email.

Can I cancel my order?

No. Orders are packaged and prepared for shipment minutes after the order has been submitted. Once an item is prepared for shipment (status is “waiting shipment”) there is no way for us to stop it from shipping to you. Once you receive the item, you may return it for a full refund.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns, no questions asked, up to 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, you may make a warranty claim if there is a defect with your product and your product is covered by our manufacturer warranty.

How do I return a purchase?

Email us at online@linenspa.com and let us know you would like to make a return. If you're returning a product under the 30-day guarantee, we will email you a return UPS shipping label. Drop off the package at your local UPS store—don’t worry, it’s free of charge. Once the item is received in our warehouse we will issue a full refund for the purchase price.

How do I return a mattress that’s decompressed?

Since our mattresses expand extensively after opening, we understand it can be a bit tricky to ship it back to us. If you bought your mattress through another channel, please return it through that same channel. If you purchased your mattress from linenspa.com, you have two options

First, you may find a box big enough to fit the expanded mattress and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return it for a full refund. Second, you may find a charity in your area that accepts mattress donations and donate the mattress under the name “Linenspa”. Then, simply send us a picture of your receipt from the charity, and we will process a full refund for you.

How long does it take for me to receive my refund?

If you paid with a credit card, you should see the return processed back in your account within 3 to 5 business days. If you paid using PayPal, you should see the status of the refund in your PayPal account once it has been issued.

When is my refund issued?

We will issue your refund once your item has been received and accepted by our returns department.

Does it cost me anything to make a return?

Not if it is within 30 days of the purchase date on your email receipt. We will ship the product back at no cost to you and issue a full refund for the items returned.

Warranty Claims

How do I make a claim on a product warranty?

If your product is defective in materials or workmanship, our manufacturer warranty will replace your item or refund the price of your item within the warranty period. Please contact us to get your claim started: warranty@linenspa.com
